Awesome leather work, but design is not ideal

The leather, idea, dimensions, and look are perfect. I’ve searched for a refillable journal all over and haven’t found one that I liked due to looks, but this one looks sweet. The only problem is the execution. It’s super difficult to write in since there is no flexible spine. This especially becomes the case the further you are through the pages. All the pages are linked together by the screws and so they can’t hardly move. And if you are right handed, you can barely write on the back of the pages. This also makes it where your journal cannot lie flat (open with front and back on the table/surface) while studying and that makes it difficult to use. If they make another design, I would recommend buying it because everything else at Chapterhouse is excellent quality
