Returns

I accept returns on non personalized items  up to 30-days after purchase for all products.  I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items that are purchased.   

But please contact me at sean@chapterhouseleather.com if you have any problems with your order or if it is damaged.  


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
