Handbound Leather Bibles

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!

I purchased this leather Bible for my wife as a gift for her recent baptism. The Bible is beautifully crafted and arrived just as I requested. I’d now love to have one for myself!

I purchased a Bible and a wallet, and both surpassed my expectations. I have been looking for years for a wallet that was truly all leather and laid out in a practical way that I liked. This is perfect. I actually love that it needs to be “broken in” with use and I believe that in itself is a testament of the quality. I have no doubt it will last many years.
The Bible I purchased is the same. Exactly what I have been looking for. I wanted something simple, not flashy, but still something that would last a long time and this Bible is perfect. This may sound like the words of a crazy person, but it really is a different experience when you hold a collection of writings that God Himself has deemed fit to pass on to us, bound in simple, thick, aromatic full grain leather without all the fancy decorations found on many bibles. It feels a little like I’m holding the original manuscript instead of just a reprint. It’s hard to open it without a level of reverence I did not have before (which may very well be a result of what the Lord has been doing lately in my life but I do give some credit to the craftsmanship of this Bible). There is something about the feel of full grain leather combined with the most important message ever written that hits me in my soul. When I open big thick study Bibles with fancy covers and more footnotes than scripture I get the feeling I’m reading something written by man. When I open a simple, leather bound book and read, “In the beginning…” I feel as though I am the first person to ever read those words. As if God just handed it to me saying, “Here, I wrote you something.”

On a side note but also very important, Sean you were a pleasure to do business with. I had a lot of questions, even asking for extra pictures and your customer service and promptness was amazing. I am thrilled to be able to help support your family with my purchase. Absolutely no regrets. I look forward to meeting you one day, whether it’s this side or when we all go Home.
